2. To enter, click on the ‘click here to Enter Today’ button for the Win a Free Getaway offer on the property site. Fill out the information requested - name, email address, phone and, optionally, postal address. Then click the Tell Me More button to submit your entry. You may enter the Sweepstakes on or after November 1, 2011, 12:01 a.m. ET; all entries must be received by 12:00 a.m. ET, October 31, 2012. Limit one entry per person/email address per month. By entering this Sweepstakes, all entrants are agreeing to be automatically placed on the follow-up email list for the property and to be placed in the property’s database. Entrants will also receive information from participating properties via e-mail if they explicitly request more information from that property, unless they "opt-out." Participants must be legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, and 21 years of age or older as of the date of entry.

3. Sweepstakes subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.
 

4. Employees of participating properties and their immediate families are not eligible to enter or win.

5. Drawing will be held on or about November 6, 2012. Prizewinner will be drawn for the following: (1) 3 Day/2 Night Lodging and (1) Dinner for Two $75 Dining Credit. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. All prizes will be awarded.

6. Winner may be notified by mail and/or by email. Winner must comply with the instructions contained in the prize notification letter or email, and may be required to sign and return a Liability Release and a Publicity Release (where permitted by law), within fourteen days of the date on the prize notification letter or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner chosen. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Failure to reply to any prize notification within 14 days of the notification being sent will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail account is registered.

7. Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, garbled or incompletely received, for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software, browser or network failure, malfunction, congestion or incompatibility at Sponsor or elsewhere, will not be eligible and Sponsor is not responsible for any technical problems related to online entries. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate this Sweepstakes in the event that it becomes infected by a computer virus or is otherwise technically impaired. In the event of termination, a random drawing will be held from among all eligible entries received at the time of termination.

8. Income and other taxes, if any, on the value of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

9. Acceptance of prize constitutes consent to use winner's name and likeness for editorial, advertising and publicity purposes, without further compensation, except where prohibited. By entering and/or by accepting a prize, you agree to be bound by these rules and to release Sponsor and the Prize Contributor from any and all liability arising out of your participation in this Sweepstakes with respect to the awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of any prize. By entering and/or by accepting the prize, you agree to have your name listed as the winner on the property’s promotional material.

10. No substitution of prizes, except by Sponsor or Prize Contributor in which case a prize of greater or equal value will be substituted. Prizes are not transferable.

11. You agree that you shall not upload, post or transmit any materials which contain any computer viruses, Easter eggs, worms, Trojan Horses or other harmful component or programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information.

12. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, disqualify or terminate any entrant in the event that an entry become infected or is otherwise technically impaired. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the Giveaway or the web site. Only one entry (registration form) per person (regardless of whether one person has more than one e-mail address) or e-mail address (regardless of whether more than one person uses the same e-mail address) or mailing address (regardless of whether more than one person uses the same mailing address) allowed per month (up to 12 total during the entire sweepstakes period). Registration under more than one e-mail address may invalidate every entry.

13. All entries become the property of Sponsor and of property and will not be acknowledged or returned.

14. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States with venue in the State of Massachusetts.
